When an event occurs that will or may cause you to make a claim against your Policy, you must:

• notify the police as soon as practically possible of any theft of or loss of property or any accident involving your vehicle;

• inform us within 60 days. Any documentary proof or communication received about the event must also be passed on to us without delay.
   

You must supply proof of both ownership and value of any item that you are claiming for.
 

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any prosecution or inquest that may take place in respect of any event which may give  rise to a claim.
